Listede olamayan ya da huzur, barış ve ekonomi açısından gerileyen ülkelere göz atmak gerekirse, Fransa listede yer alamıyor çünkü Hebdo ve sonrasında ortaya çıkan saldırılar huzuru biraz azaltmış durumda. Geçen yıllarda ekonomik yönden çok zor durumda olan Yunanistan dahi 22 basamak yukarı ilerlemiş halde, bu demek oluyor ki ekonomisini düzeltebilmek için yapılan çalışmalar olumlu sonuçlar vermiş biz hala yerimizde sayalım.
